ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed, M.O.P. No.375 of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to Sub Court, Tiruvarur, Tiruvarur District to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.123 of 2019. Sub Court, Tiruvarur, Tiruvarur District is expected to conclude the trial in both the matters, namely M.O.P. No.375 of 2019 and H.M.O.P. No.123 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.

2. With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
