This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2023. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that, he, being a SubInspector (Executive) having more than 12 years of experience and baggage screening skills, is being posted in the Departure Gate/Access Control/Lift Areas continuously, despite there being no operational requirement. Therefore, in this regard, the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents on 10.01.2023 for reallocation of work. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Mr.K.Subbu Ranga Bharathi, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits, within a period of four weeks. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2023, and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
