O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in connection with the dispute raised by M.Sasikumar, son of Mani, Pananthoppu, Gandhi Nagar, Uthangarai.
2. In the petition, the petitioner has stated that one M.Sasikumar has issued a legal notice dated 20.08.2015 alleging that this petitioner has entered into a sale agreement agreeing to sell her property for a total sum of Rs.26,50,000/- and he had paid an advance of Rs.5,00,000/-. It is further alleged that the petitioner has not come forward to execute the sale deed as per the agreement. A notice was suitably replied by the petitioner on 26.08.2015 stating that she was not aware of the identity of the said Mr.Sasikumar. Hence, the said Sasikumar has lodged a complaint with the false allegation with the respondent police. But the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioner and harassing her.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the complaint is pending, the petitioner is called for enquiry and absolutely, there is no intention to harass the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry. (ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
5. The criminal original petitions are disposed of accordingly.
