The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sale deed dated 17.10.2016 bearing Survey Nos. 171/1C-14 cents, 171/1D-14 cents, 171/1E-20 cents, 171/2-42 cents, 171/3-97.5 cents, 171/4-96.5 cents, 171/595 cents, 172/2A-24 cents, 171/1B-13 cents, 172/2C-32 cents, 172/2D-17 cents, totally an extent of 4.65 acres situated at Karunilam Village, Chinglepet Taluk, Kancheepuram District, has already been registered by the first respondent/The Sub Registrar, and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
