The matter is taken up today under the caption "for being mentioned".

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph 11 of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.8202 & 8597 of 2016 on 07.06.2016, the concerned court is mentioned as 'XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore', whereas the correct court is "XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore". Further, there is also a typographical error in the name of the respondent police station as W-3 All Women Police Station, Chintradripet, whereas the correct police station is W1, All Women Police Station, Thousandlights, Chennai-6. Hence, he prayed that the name of the court and the police station may be corrected.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the concerned court mentioned in para-11 of the order, may be read as "XIV Metropolitan Magistrate" instead of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to correct the name of the police station as " W1, All Women Police Station, Thousandlights, Chennai-6" in the affidavit. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue a fresh copy of the order. 05.07.2016 kal
