PRAYER: Revision Petition filed under Order 47 Rule 1 r/w Section 114 of Civil Procedure Code, to review the common order dated 22.09.2022 in so far as at Para 33 is concerned made in common order in W.P.No.18235 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. For Applicants : Mr.E.Vinoth kumar

O R D E R

This review application has been filed seeking to review the common order dated 22.09.2022 insofar as Para 33 is concerned made in common order in W.P.No.18235 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants has not brought to the notice of this court any ground or point that was raised during arguments or in the grounds of the writ petition was not discussed in the order. This Court has thread bare dealt with all the arguments of the petitioner and touched upon all the grounds made in the writ petition. If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the common order in W.P.No.18235 of 2022, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same by way of Writ Appeal, if so advised.

3. In a review application, fresh ground/argument cannot be raised or argued. This Court finds no reason to review the common order dated 22.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.18235 of 2022. Hence, the review petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
