ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher from the date of initial appointment namely with effect from 06.04.2017 with all service and monetary benefits in the light of W.A.(MD).No.1479 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022.

2. It is the contention of the writ petitioner that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent school on 05.04.2017. Thereafter, the fifth respondent has sent the proposal to the respondents 3 and 4 for approving the appointment, which is pending without consideration. Further, several reminders dated 07.12.2020 and 14.06.2023 were sent in this regard. Hence, seeks directions to approve the appointment of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment with effect from 06.04.2017.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.12.2020 and 14.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With these directions, this writ petition stands stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
