ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Pursuant to the liberty granted by us in paragraph 4 of the order dated 24.02.2025, counsel have jointly informed the Court that the entire amount of Rs.47.00 lakh has been paid.

2. Consequently, the order of attachment in respect of Schedule-A and Schedule-B dated 20.12.2010 in A.No.5928 of 2008 in C.S.No.1189 of 2008 stands lifted insofar as the claims in C.O.S.No.960 of 2022 are concerned.
