ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed an application before the District Collector requiring him not to disconnect the electricity connection alleging that some third party is trying to claim right over his property. 3.Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice 2/4

for the respondents 1, 3 and 6. Mr.S.Madhusudhanan, the learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 2, 4 and 5. 4.Learned counsel for the respondents 2, 4 and 5 made a statement on instruction that the property where the petitioner has his residence is a poromboke property and the disconnection has been effected in the course of an execution proceedings in E.P.No.5 of 2015 in O.S.No.43 of 2008 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot. The said statement of the learned counsel is recorded. 5.In view of the same, there is nothing left to be considered in this case and the petitioner is required to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum.
