This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months imposed in Crl.OP.No.18216 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 3.08.2024 to 28.08.2024, and thereafter he has not complying the condition and he has no previous case.

3. Considering the nature of offence, and the petitioner is complying with the condition till 28.08.2024, and thereafter due to ill-health, he was unable to comply with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
