Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.16438 of 2021 dated 08.09.2021.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for M/s.T.S.Gopalan & Co. for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not deposit the entire amount as directed by this Court under order dated 27.10.2022. The order of status quo was a conditional one and the same stood vacated. Possession is also taken and the property is sold.

3. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.27660 of 2022 is closed.
