These petitions has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Current Paper No.001850/COP.TBM/T2022 of 2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(ii) IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that enquiry has been conducted and found that no cases are pending against the petitioners as on date and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in these petitions.
