ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner claiming to be the husband of the detenue has come forward to file this habeas corpus petition. 2.Today, the detenue has been produced. She has categorically told us that she has married one Francis Xavier on 16.09.2019. She has also produced the photographs and the marriage invitation.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved especially when the status of the petitioner as husband itself is not found to be correct from the statement of the detenue herself.
