To condone the delay of 2970 days in filing this application seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the deceased 1st Plaintiff D.Gunasekaran died on 12/01/2017 in the above said suit C.S.No.11 of 2006. PRAYER in A No. 3866 of 2025:- To set aside the abatement caused by the deceased 1st Plaintiff D.Gunasekaran died on 12/01/2017 in the above suit C.S.No.11 of 2006. PRAYER in A No. 3867 of 2025:- To bring on the record this Applicant G.Kalalakshmi as the LR of the deceased 1st Plaintiff D.Gunasekaran died on 12/01/2017 and rank her as 4th Plaintiff in above suit C.S.No.11 of 2006. For applicant : Mr. C.Sivakumar (in all Applications) For Respondents : Mr.K.S.Jeyaganeshan (RR3 & 4) Mr.T.Arunan (R5) Mr.C.Sivakumar (RR1 & 2) ----- C O M M O N O R D E R These applications have been filed to condone the delay in filing steps for the deceased 1st Plaintiff, to set aside the abatement and also to bring legal representative on record.

2. Despite notice served on the legal representative of the deceased 1st Plaintiff /proposed parties is going to be the newly impleaded party and the affidavit of service had also been filed, no representation for the legal

representative of the deceased 1st Plaintiff.

3. Taking into consideration of removing the technical difficulties in the course of conduction of the suit, these applications are allowed. No costs.

4. Amended to be carried out within a period of two weeks.

5. Let the amended copy of the plaint be filed within a period of two weeks.
