ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking Mandamus to direct the respondents to measure the land of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner, being aggrieved by inaction of the respondents, has approached this Court.

3.After filing the writ petition, the respondents have gone to the field of the petitioner on 23.09.2019, measured the property and identified the boundaries. Report is also filed to that effect.

4.Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the report of the respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
