It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has challenged the revised rent fixed by the respondent.

2. It is now reported that, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has been paying the revised rent as fixed by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
