This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in the judgement dated 16.08.2023 passed in Crl.A. No.267 of 2018 for surrendering before the trial Court.

2. Considering the reasons stated in this petition, 30 days time granted for the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court is extended upto 30.09.2023.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
