O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to deposit land acquisition compensation amount for the lands in S.Nos. 314/1, 314/2, 315 as per their order dated 13.05.2022 in Na.Ka. No.18/ 2019/Unit- 2, for the S.Nos. 299/1 as per their order dated 26.12.2022 in Resolution No. 103/2021 from 240/2021 to Block-1 in Na.Ka.No. 17/ 2019/ Unit- 2 and to disburse the compensation amount for the S.Nos. 316/1, 316/2, 323/1, 323/2, 327/1, 327/2, 682/1C, 682/1CA, 682/2 by considering the petitioner representation dated 24.06.2025 within the specific period fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the subject lands, which belongs to the petitioner were acquired by 2/6
the respondents for SIPCOT. Despite the resolutions passed by the 1st respondent dated 13.05.2022 and 26.12.2022 for deposit of compensation with respect to the lands acquired by the respondents, the respondents had not taken any steps to dispurse the compensation to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 24.06.2025 seeking to disburse the compenstion amount to them. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent concerned will disburse the compensation to the petitioner with respect to the acquired lands within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard both sides. Perused the records.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on 3/6
either side, the 1st respondent is directed to deposit the compenstation amount for the acquired lands belonging to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
