The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 69 and 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.1084 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.1084 of 2025 registered by Madhapur Police Station, Rangareddy District, Telangana State. It is a case of matrimonial dispute which has led to complaint registered under Sections 69 and 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS, Act, 2023.

3. Considering the nature of the complaint and the apprehension expressed by the petitioners herein, this Court is of the view that since the investigation is done by the police of the other State, it is appropriate for the petitioners herein to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court and seek remedy. Since this is not a 2/4

fit case, which warrants exercise of power by this Court to grant inter-state anticipatory bail.
