ORDER

This writ petition is filed to forbear the Respondents from entering into or executing any work on the properties owned by the petitioner in S.F.Nos. 216/20 to 26, 42 to 48 of Nemmeli Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpet District without lawfully acquiring or purchasing the lands from the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23-12-2021.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that, subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has filed another writ petition in W.P.No.16605 of 2024 for a similar relief, wherein, an interim order was granted.

3. Since the right of the parties has already been decided in the aforementioned writ petition in W.P.No.16605 of 2024, no useful purpose will be served by this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
