This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 07.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14187 of 2023 to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until completion of the trial.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
