In this Civil miscellaneous petition, on 29.08.2017, an order of status quo was granted for a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till now.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for both the parties have agreed to maintain the status quo already granted on 29.08.2017 till the disposal of the appeal.
