By consent of both the sides, this Criminal original petition is taken up for final disposal.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 22.11.2018, the respondents have issued summons calling upon the complaint to appear for enquiry. However, the complainant has not appeared and therefore the complaint has been kept pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has advised to his client to co-operate with the enquiry. In the light of the submission made by both the counsel, there shall be a direction to the petitioner herein to co-operate with the enquiry in connection with the complaint dated 22.11.2018 and the second respondent herein shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

endeavour to complete the enquiry as early as possible, in any event, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
