The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294[b], 323, 341 and 506[i] of IPC in Crime No.379 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] would submit that the case is registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294[b] and 323 of IPC, which are bailable offences.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal side], this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
