This application has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21430 of 2022 on 08.09.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station on everyday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions.

3. Considering the above submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar on 15th of this month thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
