This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 31.03.2016 and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.118 of 2016, before the 3rd respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent police is directed to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in [2014] 2 SCC 1, otherwise close the complaint under intimation to the petitioner.
