This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13688 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 to report before the respondent police station, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13688 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station, on every friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
