This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2016 and file final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that on the complaint given by one Selvaraj against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.98 of 2016 before the Inspector of Police, J-6, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, in which, this petitioner was summoned to appear on 01.04.2016. On 01.04.2016, this petitioner has filed the present petition in Crl.O.P.No.8243 of 2016 alleging that he had sent a complaint dated 30.03.2016 by post to the Inspector of Police, J-6, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, which has not been enquired into.
4. Under such circumstances, the Inspector of Police, J6, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
