Crl.M.P.No.14859 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13041 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13041 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 to report before the Vengal police station, every day at 10.30 a.m., and also shall report before the Pullarambakkam Police Station at 6.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13041 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the Vengal police station, on every friday at 10.30 a.m., and also shall report before the Pullarambakkam Police Station at 6.30 p.m until further orders.
