The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case has been registered in Crime No.186 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 506(i) of I.P.C. 4.Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
