The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. He has no objection for the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order. The Registry is also directed to print the name of the learned counsel at the time of admission.
