The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No. 419 of 2016 for offences under Sections 454 and 380 IPC on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the said matter, the charge sheet has been filed on 21.07.2017 before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. Hence, the prayer sought for the in the present petition has become infructuous and accordingly closed.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
