This Court by notification dated 21.08.2023 has directed the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.86 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore has written a letter vide Dis.No.9783 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023 to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras stating that he assumed the charge as the Principal District Judge, Vellore only on 23.08.2023 and requested further period of six months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.86 of 2012.
