The learned counsel for the plaintiff has stated no objection for allowing A.No.4659 of 2024.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, A.No.4659 of 2024 is allowed, as prayed for and the written statement filed by the defendant is taken on record.

3. Since the parties are willing to go for trial and no interim injunction was granted earlier in favour of the applicant/plaintiff in the interlocutory applications, there is no necessity for this Court to pass any order in the interlocutory applications. Accordingly, O.P.Nos.1033 & 1034 of 2023 stands closed.

4. Post the main suit for filing affidavit of admission/denial of documents on 04.12.2024.
