ORDER

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to investigate and file a final report in F.I.R.No.892 of 2008 on the file of the Tambaram Traffic and Investigation Wing, St.Thomas Mount, Kancheepuram. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.892 of 2008 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 337 IPC. But the respondents have not shown any interest to complete the investigation and file a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case has been taken as S.T.C.No.1189 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and the same has already been disposed of.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with costs. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai.
