The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife to withdrawal of HMOP. No.398 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruppur and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Theni.

2. On several occasions, this Court was ordered notice to the respondent through Court as well as privately and the same could not be served till date. Due to various reasons, all the notices and private notices were returned. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court by way of this miscellaneous petition for taking substituted service.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take notice to the respondent through substituted service by way of paper publication in ''Makkal kural'' in local edition on or before 15.11.2019.

5. Post the matter on 20.11.2019.
