SUBRAMANIAN CMP No.24021 of 2019 IN SA.1105 of 2019 SUMATHI [ PETITIONER ] Vs ANTHONY RAJ [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the Decree and Judgement passed in AS No. 59/2017 dt. 29/04/2017 on the file of Subordinate Judge Court, Vellore (in CMP.No.24021/2019) pending disposal of the above SA.No.1105/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.THAMIZHAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The effect of the judgment of the lower appellate court is that the suit in O.S.No.493 of 2007 stands dismissed. In view of the same there is nothing to be stayed.

2. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
