COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the Order of the Execution Court rejecting the applications filed by the revision petitioner to reopen and stay the Execution Proceedings and ordering delivery in the Execution Petition by the Executing Court.

2. The revision petitioner has taken out the above applications seeking stay to file an appeal before the Honourable Supreme Court. Originally Rent Control Proceedings have been initiated against the revision petitioner for eviction on the ground of wilful default. This Court in CRP.No.1039 of 2021 confirmed the concurrent findings of the Courts below and dismissed the Civil Revision Petition filed by the tenant.

3. At this stage, the tenant has filed applications before the Rent Court to reopen the Execution Proceedings and for grant of stay in the Execution Proceedings. The said applications have been dismissed. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the Order of this Court in CRP.No.1039 of 2021, they have filed SLP.No.21300 of 2025 before the Honourable Supreme Court and the matter came up today before the Supreme Court and the Honourable Supreme Court has granted time to the revision petitioner to vacate the premises till July 2026 and the Order of the Honourable Supreme Court will be uploaded today. To buttress his submissions, he placed a copy of the letter addressed by the Advocate on record before the Supreme Court, Mr.Ravi Rajan.

5. Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Rent Court shall keep in abeyance the Execution Proceedings for 10 days for production of the copy of the Order of the Honourable Supreme Court. On production of the Order of the Honourable Supreme Court, the Rent Court shall take further course of action as per the Orders of the Supreme Court.
