The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498[A] of IPC, Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Domestic Violence Act in C.S.R.No.445 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.445 of 2016.
