A. No.5070 of 2023 in Arb.O.P.(Com. Div.) SR.No.49104 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the O.P. under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent states no objection for allowing this application. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condoning the delay. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number and list the same along with O.P.No.233 of 2023 which has been filed by the respondent. Registry is also directed to print the name of the respondent in the cause list on the next hearing date.
