This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 159 days in representing the CRP.SR.No.33544 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In support of this petition, an affidavit has been filed, reasons have been stated therein, relying upon the same, the learned counsel submits that, the delay in representation is because of the reasons stated therein, therefore, the same may be condoned. 4.Considering the same and having satisfied with the said reasons, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered.
