Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to expedite the trial in M.C.No.20 of 2020 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
