ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order dated 28.07.2022 issued against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.M. Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of 1st respondent and Mr.U. Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of 2nd respondent. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit on instructions that the petitioner will be satisfied if his representation dated 16.09.2022 seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2022 seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 28.07.2022, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
