ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to call for the records culminating in C.C.No.382 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and to quash the same.

2.At the time of admission, petitioners/ Accused 4 to 6 and second respondent/ defacto complainant are present. Second respondent's identification has been verified by this Court and also identified by the petitioners. The second respondent would submit that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.382 of 2012 against these petitioners/ Accused 4 to 6 and has also filed affidavit to that effect.

3.Recording the submissions made by the second respondent and also the affidavit filed by the second respondent, the criminal proceedings against these petitioners/ Accused 4 to 6 in C.C.No.382 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur is hereby quashed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
