Crl.M.P.No.16560 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16560 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21465 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, Old Town Police Station, Cuddalore daily morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21465 of 2022 by order dated 07.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21465 of 2022 by an order dated 07.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
