This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13985 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16631 of 2022 on 09.09.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st Sunday of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
