This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23552 of 2021 on 16.12.2021 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed, as against the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri District on 15th of November 2022 and on the first working day of December 2022 and thereafter the petitioner shall appear on the dates fixed by the concerned Judge.
