This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 446 days in filing the appeal.

3. Mr.R.Amar D.Pandiya, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the sole respondent / claimant.
4. The petitioner would state that in order to place the file before the Appeal Board and to obtain opinion from the panel advocate, delay of 446 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner appears to be acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition on payment of costs of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court, Chennai on or before 23.10.2025. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
