ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 13.07.2022 for issuance of patta for the land measuring an extent of 4.00 acres comprised in Sy. No. 53, situated at Soranjeri Village-A Block, Annaikattu Revenue Village, Poonamallee Firka, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. This Court by order dated 27.10.2022, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions with regard to the grant of patta in consonance to the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2022, if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption, "for issuance of patta". When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2022 is rejected.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
