This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the appeal against the conviction in S.C.No.195 of 2018 passed on 30.04.2025 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 10 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
